Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These terms govern services offered by RoxiumLabs LLC (the “Provider”) through www.roxiumlabs.com (the “Site”) to you (the “User”). They are binding. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the Site. Use of the Site means you accept these terms and any guidelines or rules applicable to all or part of the Site.

2. Information Requests

If to request advice, access to automated documents, contract drafts, or other services you must provide information, you agree to supply true, updated, complete, and accurate data. The Provider is not responsible for the data entered by the User. The User guarantees its validity and accuracy. The Provider is not liable for errors or delays caused by false, incomplete, or inaccurate information. The Provider may reject requests without obligation to provide reasons or indemnity.

The User understands and agrees that:

Submitting a query subscribes you to our newsletter.
You authorize the Provider to contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other means to send information and offers about our services.
You authorize the Provider to store the submitted information. You may unsubscribe per applicable data protection law.

3. Service Delivery

Unless expressly agreed in writing, nothing on the Site is a promise of service.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information sent in the request.
By clicking “Submit” or sending information via WhatsApp, phone, or email, you are:
- Submitting a service request, which may be accepted or rejected without indemnity.
- Authorizing the Provider to contact you by the stated means.
- Authorizing storage of the submitted information; you may request access or removal as allowed by law.
Payments made by the User are non‑refundable for any reason.
Payment does not create an obligation to perform if the User does not provide required information and/or documentation.
If client and professional continue their relationship outside the Provider’s platforms, the Provider reserves actions to obtain due payment.

4. Liability

Regarding services rendered:

In no event shall the Provider or its professionals, officers, agents, employees, or correspondents be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, even if advised, arising from advice or use of automatically generated documents.

Regarding use of the website:

Content is informational and educational; it may contain inaccuracies or errors.
The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of the information provided.
The Provider is not responsible for damages from system, server, or Internet failures, nor for viruses that may infect devices due to access/use/review of the Site or data transfers.
Continuous access and use of the Site are not guaranteed; downtime may occur.

5. Prohibitions

Queries expecting public answers.
Industrial espionage and/or competitive analysis.
Sending/transmitting files with viruses or destructive traits.
Violating any applicable law.
Requesting information with a false or nonexistent identity.
Sending/transmitting third‑party information or anything that harms their image and/or rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws and treaties. All content is owned by the Provider unless stated otherwise. Third‑party marks and logos belong to their owners. Use and reproduction are prohibited without express authorization.

7. Indemnity

The User will indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its professionals, officers, agents, employees, suppliers, and partners from claims by other users or third parties arising from activities on the Site, breaches, or violations of rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

8. Changes

The Provider may modify these terms. Changes will be posted in this section with an “last updated” date. Within 5 days of publication, the User may reject them via email and their information will be removed. After that period, changes are considered accepted.
