Refund Policy

1. Nature of Payments

All payments made by the User to RoxiumLabs LLC (the “Provider”) are firm, final, and non‑revocable. Once payment is made—by any means, including wire transfers, cards, electronic platforms, or cryptocurrencies—no full or partial refund will be issued.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

The User expressly waives any right of withdrawal, revocation, or cancellation because the services:

• Are personalized or tailored to specific needs.
• Begin immediately after the engagement is confirmed.
• Involve access to information, documents, and/or know‑how that is sensitive, confidential, or strategic.

3. Missing Information or Documentation

If the User fails to provide required information and/or documentation, no refund applies. The Provider is released from executing or completing the service until it is received, with no obligation to return any amount.

4. Cancellations by the Provider

The Provider may unilaterally cancel the service in case of User breaches (false documents, inaccurate information, illegal activities, or misuse). In such cases, no refund will be made, and amounts already received may be retained as compensation for damages.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes unless they prove the Provider failed to deliver the service for reasons solely and directly attributable to the Provider. An unjustified chargeback entitles the Provider to claim damages and legal costs.

6. Applying Credits

Exceptionally, at the Provider’s sole discretion, paid amounts may be applied as credit toward other services within 180 days of payment. This is not a contractual obligation and is not refundable in cash.

7. Express Acceptance

By purchasing services, the User confirms they have read and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full, agree to comply with it, and waive claims for refunds except as stated herein.
